All Government Offices in UP to be Opened from May 26, with These Rules on Duty in 3 Shifts


In the fourth phase of lockdown applicable for prevention of infections from corona virus (coronavirus), the government has relaxed several restrictions across the country. In this order, a new order has come from the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh under which all government offices in the state will now be opened with 50 per cent staff from Monday, May 25. But due to Monday's Eid holiday, government offices will now be opened with 50 per cent of employees from May 26. The order was issued by State Chief Secretary R.K. Tiwari.

According to the order, all government-related offices will now be opened. Time has also been allotted in 3 shifts. According to the new dispensation, government offices will work in 3 shifts from 9 am to 5 pm, from 10 am to 6 pm and from 11 am to 7 pm. The order also says that social distances as well as other protective measures should be taken care of during the tenure of government offices. In addition, it has been emphasized that every employee should use the Arogya Setu app in their mobile.

In Uttar Pradesh, The Figure of Infected Crosses 6000

The figure of infected with 288 new patients in UP has reached 6017. With the death of three more patients, 155 people have lost their lives due to the disease so far. Now, 3406 patients have returned home in the state. Uttar Pradesh Chief Health Secretary Amit Mohan Prasad said on Saturday that the total number of active cases of corona virus in the state has reached 2332. However, so far 3335 people have gone home properly. 152 patients have died of corona.
