Xiaomi may Bring Budget 5G Phones, Redmi Note Series to get Certification


China's smartphone maker Xiaomi's sub-brand Redmi launched its 5g handset shortly before the Redmi K30 Pro 5G. Now the company is working on its next 5G smartphone under the Redmi Note series. This phone has been spots on China's certification website 3c. Here is the phone's model number M2002J9E. According to the listing given here, the phone will be offered with 5G connectivity.

According to the information on GSMArena, the certification website 3c also claims the charging speed of the phone. As per the listing, the phone will support 10.0VDC 2.25A charging. It will also have a maximum charging speed of 22.5W. In addition, a tipster Digital Chat Station has posted on China's microblogging website Vabo, which has some phone related information.

According to the report, this upcoming smartphone can be the Redmi Note 9. On Chinese certification site 3C, the Xiaomi Redmi smartphone is listed with 4G connectivity as well as 22.5W fast charging technology.

According to Tipster, the company can launch a new 5g smartphone instead of the Redmi K30 phone. The price is expected to range from 1,000 Chinese yuan, i.e., about Rs 10,600 to 1,500 Chinese yuan, i.e., about Rs 15,900. At the same time, there are indications that the Redmi K30 4G variants can be removed from the list. However, no official information on behalf of the company has been shared at present.

Features of Redmi K30 Pro 5G: This dual-SIM supporting phone works on Android 10. It comes with MIUI 11. It has a 6.67-inch Full HD Plus HDR+ AMOLED display. Its pixel is 1080 x 2400. This phone comes with octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor and UP to 8 GB OF RAM. This phone also supports 5g.
