Vivo S6 5G Smartphone Spot On Geekbench With Samsung Exynos 980 SoC, know Specifications


The Vivo S6 5G smartphone will be launched on March 31, 2020. The device was earlier spot on the TENAA website, which revealed the specifications of the smartphone. Now the company's upcoming 5g device has a spot on geekbench. According to earlier leaked reports, the phone will be launched with Snapdragon 765G and Mediatek Dimensity 1000. The Geekbench listing shows that the Vivo S6 5G will have the Exynos 980 SoC made by Samsung.

This shows that the company has a partnership with Samsung. Earlier, Samsung launched vivo X30 Pro and Vivo X30 phones with Samsung chipsets in December 2019. According to the Geekbench 5.1 result, the Exynos SoC has got a higher score than the Snapdragon 765G SoC. This score is of singer core test.

The listing shows that the smartphone has got a score of 694 points in a single core test. Earlier, the Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset received a score between 400 and 500 points. However, multi-core ratings have been the same for both smartphones. The Snapdragon 765G chipset, where it is built on the 7nm process, comes with the Exynos chip 8nm process. The Vivo S6 5G can give the company a 4,390mAh battery. The phone can be launched with mid range specifications with stylish design.

According to the report, the company has a 6.44-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels. Also the phone will run on Android 10 OS. The Samsung Exynos 980 chipset will be used for speed.

The smartphone can be launched in 256GB storage variants with 128GB storage variants and 8GB RAM with 6GB RAM. Quad rear camera setup will be given for photography. It has the first 48-megapixels, 8-megapixels sensor and 2 + 2 megapixels camera. There may be a 32-megapixelselfie camera in the front.

According to GizChina's report, Vivo can offer this 5g phone in an average cost. The phone can be offered at a price of 240 dollars at the end of the year i.e., 2020, which is priced around Rs 18,000 in Indian rupees. This shows that the company can launch a 5G phone in India at a price of Rs 20,000. If that happens, it will give a stiff bump to other companies like Omi, Samsung.
